2、的做出调整与创新就显得尤为重要。本文以九江学院快递为例，对高校快递做出了深入的分析、对运营模式创新进行了探讨。木文首先简要介绍了目前国内快递的发展现状以及高校对快递行业的需求，其次对当前高校快递业在发展过程中存在的主要问题进行了深入剖析，并就如何解决这些问题提出了相应对策。最后在前文分析的基础上结合九江学院的实际，设计由学校后勤宿舍管理系统与快递企业共同组建校园分拨中心系统和宿舍包裹自捉点系统的运营模式。分析认为，这一系统将高校校园快递资源进行高度整合，将快递收发业务分离同高校后勤宿管系统结合，对校园快递市场进行深度优化并加以规范高效管理，
