2、方法：收集南宁市内4个城区的10处主要农贸市场中销售的常见淡水鱼，用直接压片镜检法和胃蛋白酶消化镜检法查找鱼肉中的囊蚴，进行分类、记数和分析。结果：调查的7种淡水鱼（鲤鱼、银飘鱼、鲫鱼、鲢鱼、鲮鱼、鳙鱼、草鱼）样品中，压片法检查发现，南宁市售淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴的总感染率为9.41%，其中最高为鲤鱼23.30%(7/30)，其次为银飘鱼13.30%(4/30)、鲫鱼10.00%(3/30)、鲢鱼和鳙鱼各5.00%（1/20）、鲮鱼和草鱼各0%（0/20）；消化法检查发现，上述7个鱼种均有华支睾吸虫囊蚴寄生，鱼肉中的华支睾吸虫囊蚴总感染度为9.89个/尾
3、、0.14个/克，其中以鲤鱼肉最高,为17.56个/尾、0.65个/克，银飘鱼和鲫鱼次之,分别为16.93个/尾、0.24个/克和14.40个/尾、0.21个/克，其他鱼种相对较低。结论：南宁市售的7种淡水鱼均有华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染，以鲤鱼的感染率、感染度为高，人生吃半生吃可被感染。关键词华支睾吸虫囊蚴；淡水鱼；感染；南宁市中图分类号R383.22InvestigationontheCommercialFreshwaterFishInfectionwithEncystedMetacercariaofClonorchissinensisinNanningM
