5、ferofcapabilitieshappenslessincompaniesdrivenbyaprofessionalCEOthatisnotthefounder.Anentrepreneurialleader,musthaveacompetentunderstandingofhisindustry,technologyandenvironment,inordertoimagineasolidandrealisticvisionandtounderstandwhichisthebesttimetoimplementit.

7、nvestheavilyinhiscompanyonthebaseofhisownmotivationtobuildahigh-growthventureandnotonaquantitativeanalysisofthemarketandasaconsequencehemovedinthewrongdirections.Finally,lookingaheadimpliesbeingabletoinspireotherpeopletobemotivatedtothinkandactaccordingtothedirect
