8、M/01共1页质量手册发布令本手册是依据国家质检总局关于《食品质量安全市场准入审查通则(2004版)》及《其他方便食品生产许可证审查细则》的有关要求制定的,它阐述了公司的质量方针、质量目标并对公司的质量管理体系提出了具体要求,本手册适用于公司所生产的面制素食食品的采购、加工到销售的全过程的质量控制。本手册自颁布之日起正式实施。58本手册是公司质量管理的基本法规,是质量体系运行的准则,也
