1、电测与仪表ElectricalMeasurement&Instrumentation基于决策树的复杂电网多谐波源监管*江友华,叶尚兴,黄志敏,王林(上海电力学院,上海200090)摘要:为对复杂电网多谐波源进行有效合理的监管,提出一种基于决策树算法的评估方法。首先对复杂网络进行拓扑分析,实现主环网与辐射子网的分层,完成公共节点的选取。其次,根据公共节点的有功功率方向法,判断出主要谐波责任方,并利用简单的滑动平均的线性滤波方法提取出谐波的快速变化分量,从而计算出谐波阻抗和相应谐波电压以分离出各等效谐波源对关注节点的谐波贡献量。最后,结合决策树算法完成各等效谐波源的数据分类,并根据

5、harmonicstocalculatetheharmonicimpedanceandcorrespondingharmonicemissionvoltageattheinvestigatedpointcausedbytheeachequivalentharmonicsource.Finally,thedecisiontreealgorithmisemployedtocompletetheequivalentharmonicsourcedataclassification,andformulateacorrespondingrewardsandpunishmentmechani
