2、失，自我感、意义感和归属感下降等因素，致使中职学生在健全人格的形成方面出现了许多问题，中职教育加强对学生健全人格的培养势在必行。中职语文是一门基础性的人文学科，蕴含着丰富的人文精神，在学生人格教育方面有着独特优势。本文结合中职语文教学来谈人格教育，在借鉴前人研究成果和个人多年育人经验的基础上，调查中职学生人格现状，分析中职语文教材中蕴含的人格教育素材，从当前中职学生的人格现状及人格教育存在的问题入手，将理论思考和课堂教学案例相结合，探寻出在阅读教学、作文教学、综合实践活动教学中实现人格教育的基本途径，形成一套在中职语文教学实施人格教育的切实可行的基本
