2、tyofmobilecommunicationnetwork.Qualityisthekeypointwhichboththeusersandoperatorsallfocuson.Withtheintensificationofcompetitionandtheincreasingnumberofusersandtraffic,qualitydirectlyaffectthestrategicdevelopmentofthecommunication.Therefore,weneedtoestablishasetofscientifica
3、ndeffectivenetworkqualityevaluationsystem.Todealwiththisproblem,wefinallysetupthissystemwhichcanevaluatethenetworkquality.ThistopicisasubsystemofnetworkservicequalitystabilitysystemofZhuhaiMobileCompany.Inthistopic,wegivethestructureandthefactorsaffectingthequalityofGSM/TD
4、-SCDMA/WLAN/LTEnetworkfirstofall.Thenisthecoreofthetopic.WeextractthevariousKPIs(KeyPerformanceIndicator)whichareaffectingthequalityofZhuhaimobilenetworkwiththeanalysisandresearchofthefourtypesofnetworkandthepracticalenvironmentofZhuHaiMobileCompany.Afterthatthecalculatio
5、nmethodoftheindicatorsisgiven.Atthesametime,wegivethreedifferentkindsofnetworkqualityevaluationmethodfromthebusinesstype,coversofthescenarioandgeographicgridtoConstitutethequalityevaluationsystemofmobilecommunicationnetworkwhichthistopicproposedwhosebaseistheinformationoft
6、heindicators.Finally,wegivetheimplementationofsoftwaretothesystem.Thesystemnotonlystrengthenthecontrolofnetworkqualitycontrolforoperator,enhancetheconvenienceoftheoperators9management,andalsoisaguidancefornetworkoptimization.Aboveall,thesystemhaveahugemeaninginthepractical
