6、earningcanprovideawonderfulopportunitytodevelopcompetency,independentlearningskills,self-efficacy,creativityandworkinginteams(Hase,CairnsandMalloch,1998).Jolliffe,etal.(2001:1)remark:“Computerspeedandstoragecapacityisdoublingeveryhalf-year…itisexpectedthatby2015theentire
