1、彩色多普勒超声对妇产科急症的诊断价值探讨【关键词】，，超声诊断；妇产科；急腹症；宫外孕【摘要】日的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对妇产科急诊的诊断与鉴别诊断价值及对临床治疗的指导意见。方法收集手术、病理证实的168例各类妇产科急诊的声像图表现，进行分析总结，并对非手术治疗的46例进行随访观察，了解其治疗效果。结果经手术、病理证实的168例各类妇科急诊屮：异位妊娠109例，黄体破裂11例，卵巢囊肿及多囊卵巢扭转9例，不全流产及稽留流产29例，滋养细胞肿瘤4例，输卵管积水6例。非手术治疗的46个病例中盆腔炎症19例，胎儿窘迫5例，宫外孕22例，妊娠合并
