2、。评价的方法包括测验法、观察法、问卷法、评定法、访谈法等。最后，加强创业教育教师队伍建设是开展创业教育的关键，高索质的教师队伍是教学成功的保证，但现有的师资还不能完全适应创业教育的开展，因此木文针对现有师资的缺欠提出了儿点解决对策：学校和社会创造条件让现有教师体验创业，直接聘请企业界人士加盟创业教育的教学，鼓励教师对创业教育进行理论研究，加强对教师综台素质的培养等等。这样，创业教育的实施方案才有可能真正付诸实行、落到实处。关键词：高校创业教育必要性实旌方案NecessityandSchemeofEnterpriseEduc
