1、AbstractWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofInternettechnology,thenumberofInternetusersinChinagrowsquicklyandnewapplicationsoftheInternetcomeoutoneaftertheothe匚Rapiddevelopmentofnetworkmediaprovidesaconvenientplatformforcharitableactivities.TraditionalphilanthropyiscombinedwiththeInte

2、rnet,andthenumberofnetworkphilanthropyactorsismounting.Networkphilanthropybecomesanewchannelforthegrowthofphilanthropy.Hence,therearepracticalsignificancesofsortingoutthefeaturesofnetworkphilanthropyandresearchingdevelopmentdifficultiesofitaswellassettlementcountermeasures.Based

3、ondefiningnetworkphilanthropyconnotation,thispapersortedoutthefeaturesofnetworkphilanthropy.Inthedescriptionofthedevelopmentofnetworkphilanthropy,thepaperfocusedonthesituationoftransmissionofnetworkphilanthropy,thetrustcrisisofnetworkphilanthropyandthedifferencesbetweennetworkph

4、ilanthropyandtraditionalphilanthropy.Onthisbasis,thepaperanalyzeddevelopmentdifficultiesofnetworkphilanthropywithlotsofrealisticinformationandstrivedtoproposetargetedsettlementcountermeasures.ThedevelopmentdifficultiesofnetworkphilanthropyinChinaareasfollows:Firstly,thenetworkma
