1、优秀设计我国物流保险发展现状、问题与对策初探摘要近年来，现代物流业已成为我国经济领域中最活跃、最热门的新兴行业Z-,但快速发展的同时，物流企业在经营过程中面临的风险也逐渐增加，这已经成为影响物流企业进一步发展壮大的主要障碍Z-O人们开始意识到物流过程屮保险服务的重要性。然而相对于物流业的迅猛发展，物流保险的发展却始终相对滞后。本文主耍研究了物流保险的发展现状，从与物流保险配套的法律法规不健全、险种单一、保险费用不合理、新出现的物流综合险不完善等五齐方面阐述了物流保险存在的问题。并就此提出了改进型建议如加人政府的支持、完善物流保险法规制度、完善信息化管理等等，來适应我国物
