5、FOPERATINGINTERNATIONALPOSITIONSTheprofessionalinstructionofoperatingandsupervisingstaffisofthegreatestimportanceinensuringtheefficientuseofcircuitsintheinternationaltelephoneservice;tothisend,itisextremelydesirabletoimprovesupervisors’andoperators’knowledg
6、eofthelanguageofothercountriesandtoenablethemtobecomeinformedaboutthecustomsofthesubscribers,theorganizationoftheserviceandthemanipulationofequipmentattheotherendofthecircuit.Itisthereforerecommended:1)that,duringthetrainingoftheseoperators,theyshouldbeprov
