2、fundhaveobstructedlegacyrestoration.Now，theurgencyofarchitecturalculturallegacyrestorationhasattractedincreasinglymoreattentionfromscholars.PresentrankingofculturalrestorationurgencyusesAnalyticalHierarchicalProcess(AHP)whichisbasedupontheexperts5scoresonculturalvalue,extentofdamageandope
3、rability.However,thismethodfailstotakeintoaccounttheauthorityofexperts,andtopresentexpertjudgmentwithprobabilitydistribution.ThroughthecombinationofexpertweightandstochasticAnalyticalHierarchicalProcess(S-AHP),thisresearchimprovestraditionalAHPmodel,anddevelopstheS・AHPmodelforarchitectura
4、lculturallegacyrestorationurgencyevaluationmodel.First,thisresearchreviewsextantliteratureandresortstoquestionnairesurvey.Withfactoranalysis,reliabilityanalysisandvalidityanalysis,itestablishestheevaluationcriteriasystemforarchitecturalculturallegacyrestorationwith29specificcriteriaofthre
5、etiers.Baseduponthissystem,itsetsthecriteriaandsub-criteriahierarchies.Then,usingthegeneticalgorithm,thisresearchfitstheexperiencecurveofexpertweightinordertoreducethebiasesinexpertjudgment.Inaddition,itpresentsexpertjudgmentwithprobabilisticdistribution,bettershowingexperts'opinions.Also
6、,itsetstheS-AHPmodelofarchitecturalculturallegacyrestorationurgency・Finally,ittakesthecaseoffiveculturallegaciesinDazhuCountyofSichuanProvinceasanexample.ResultshowsthatS-AHPispreferabletoconventionalAHPinfacilitatingdecisionmaking,baseduponSerialNumberSumTheory.S-AHPcanbettershowtheranki
