3、bileCountryCodes(MCCs)forcountriesandsharedMCCsforNetworksaccordingtoITU-TRec.E.212.TheITU-TSBisalsoresponsiblefortheassignmentandreclamationofMobileNetworkCodes(MNCs)forsharedMCCs.MobileSubscriberIdentificationNumbers(MSINs)areadministeredbytheMNCassignee.

4、A.2ScopeThisannex(AnnexA/E.212)isintendedtoprovideadvicetotheITU-TSBonhowtoallocateMNCsundersharedMCCs.ItdescribestheproceduresandcriteriatobeutilizedbytheTSBfortheassignmentandreclamationofMobileNetworkCodes(MNCs)associatedwithsharedMCCs.A.3Principlesforas

5、signmentA.3.1InaccordancewithITU-TRec.E.212,thesharedMCCresourcesassignedtoNetworksshallconsistofa3-digitsharedMCCfollowedbya2-or3-digitMNC.A.3.2ForaspecificsharedMCC,thelengthofallMNCswithinthatMCCshallbethesame.A.3.3BoththesharedMCC(s),andthespecificMNC(s

6、)associatedwithasharedMCCforallocationtoNetworks,willbeassignedbytheDirectoroftheITU-TSB.A.3.4SubsequentsharedMCCsand/orMNCsthatarepartofsharedMCCscanbeassignedbytheDirectorofITU-TSBintheeventofexhaustoranothersubstantiatedreason.Unioninternationaledestéléc
