3、rdizingtelecommunicationsonaworldwidebasis.TheWorldTelecommunicationStandardizationConference(WTSC),whichmeetseveryfouryears,establishesthetopicsforstudybytheITU-TStudyGroupswhich,intheirturn,produceRecommendationsonthesetopics.TheapprovalofRecommendationsbytheMembersof
