1、METHOD3640AGEL-PERMEATIONCLEANUP1.0SCOPEANDAPPLICATION1.1Gel-permeationchromatography(GPC)isasizeexclusioncleanupprocedureusingorganicsolventsandhydrophobicgelsintheseparationofsyntheticmacromolecules(1).Thepackinggelisporousandischaracterizedbytherang

2、eoruniformity(exclusionrange)ofthatporesize.Inthechoiceofgels,theexclusionrangemustbelargerthanthemolecularsizeofthemoleculestobeseparated(2).Across-linkeddivinylbenzene-styrenecopolymer(SX-3BioBeadsorequivalent)isspecifiedforthismethod.1.2Generalclean
