3、organizationsoftencannotsatisfyeventheirbasicrequirementsfordiagnosticandtherapeuticdevices・Also,healthserviceorganizationstendtobuyforeignratherthandomesticmedicalequipmentbecausetheformerareeasilyavailableonthedomesticmarketandpricesforbotharecomparablebecauseofinflation.The

4、transitiontoamarketeconomyinRussiahashadsubstantialimpactontherelationsbetweendomesticmanufactur-ersandconsumersofmedicaldevices・Thespectrumandqualityofavailableitemshasbeensignificantlyextendedinrecentyears.Itshouldbealsonotedthatavailablemodelsofmedicaldevicesarecontinuously
