1、浅谈建筑工程施工阶段的造价管理摘要工程造价管理贯穿于工程建设的立项、可行性研究、招投标、设计、施工、竣工验收等全过程，在目前的形势下，工程造价管理存在的问题直接关系到工程的质量。根据工程造价管理的现状，简耍分析施工阶段工程造价管理存在的问题，提岀合理加强施工阶段工程在家管理的措施。施工阶段的工程造价控制，是实施建设工程全过程造价管理的重要组成部分。加强施工阶段工程造价管理，要加强对材料、设备的采购和管理；优化施工人员的设备；严把变更关，将工程预算控制在概算内；严格现场签证管理，随时掌握工程造价变化，推行单项或单位工程项目责任制，加强投资控制
2、。要把工程造价控制在合理的范围内，就要在工程造价管理中止确处理质量、成本、工期和造价的关系、推广工程招标承包制、均衡组织施工、合理缩短建设工期，从而达到施工阶段控制工程造价的目的。业主、承包商、设计单位在工程造价管理活动中担当着重要的角色，针对目前我国施工阶段工程造价管理活动中存在的一些突出问题，提出建立三大主体共同参与的工程造价管理团队，形成新型团队合作关系，有效解决工程造价管理中设计变更和索赔方面存在的突岀矛盾,促进项目利益最大化目标的实现。关键词：施工阶段，工程造价管理，措施，工程造价管理团队AbstractTheprojectcos
