1、热淋清片联合诺氟沙星片治疗单纯性尿路感染的临床观察武警重庆总队医院药剂科周燕萍白海燕（重庆400061）摘要口的：观察热淋清片联合诺氟沙星片口服治疗单纯性尿路感染的疗效。方法：116例单纯性尿路感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（每组各58例），治疗组33例，给予热淋清片5片，口服，每天3次，诺氟沙星片0.3g,口服，每天2次；对照组仅给予诺氟沙星片0.3g,口服，每天2次，7天1疗程，所冇患者均随访28天，记录临床症状、体征、血常规、尿常规、尿培养和药物副作用。结果：治疗组和对照组的治愈率和总有效率分别为82.8%,93.1%和60.3%,7
