2、ldthishappen,notintheleast.Butthesituationseemstotakeaturnfortheworse,inTianjin,inBeijing,inGuangdong,moremedicalworkersarehurtedorkilled.Itismorepainfulthanembarrassingtoconfessthatthedoctor-patientrelationshipinChinaisnowundergoingthebottleneckperiod.Therefore,thereisnothingmoreimportantthan
3、tobuildaharmoniousrelationshipassoonaspossible.Beforewegetdowntothesolution,wehavetoknowwhy,whyweareinsuchkindofdistrustsituation.Asweallknow,Chinaiscarryingoutthemedicalsystemreforming,whichisactuallyagoodsign,itillustratesthatthegovernmentistryingtomakeupforthedeficiencies.However,Romewasn’t
4、builtinoneday,andnoreformingcouldsucceedovernight.Thoseproblems-to-solve,suchasthehighcostofgettingmedicaltreatment,isstillthemajorconcernofthepatientandthemaincauseoftheworsenrelationship.Then,let’scometothepoint,howtoimprovethesituation.Inmyopinion,thesuccessrequireseffortsfromthreeclasses,t
5、hedoctor,thehospitalandthegovernment.First,doctors.AsfarasI’mconcerned,whatshoulddoctorsdorightnowistofindabalancepointbetweencostandefficiency.Itisourresponsibilitytoensurethatourpatientscureattheleastcostaswellasintheshortestperiod.Then,hospital.Hospitalsshouldalterthepaymentsystemsothatthed
