2、chnologyInc.,acorporationdulyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsoftheStateofWashingtonandhavingitsprincipalbusinessofficeat123TechnicalStreet,Olympia,Washington(hereinafterreferredtoas“Licensee”),forthelicensingonthefollowingtermsandconditionsofcertaincomputersoftwaresystems,documentationandrel
3、atedmaterialsdefinedhereinandidentifiedinScheduleAattachedheretoandincorporatedbyreference,witnesseth:Article1DefinitionsUnlessthecontextrequiresotherwise,thefollowingwordsshallhavethefollowingmeaningsinthisAgreement:(1)“Software”meansthecomputerprograms,whetherdeliveredinObjectCodeand/orSou
4、rceCode,asitisidentifiedonScheduleA,andanyothercomputerprogramsdeliveredbyLicensorfromtimetotimeunderthetermsofthisAgreement.(2)“TechnicalDocumentation”meansthedocumentsdescribingtheSoftware,asamendedorsupplementedfromtimetotimebyLicensor,acopyofwhichisdeliveredwiththeSoftware.(3)“RelatedMat
5、erials”shallmeanallmaterialotherthantheSoftwareandTechnicalDocumentationfurnishedbyLicensorinconjunctionwiththeSoftwareandincluding,withoutlimitation,allguidesandmanualsandcopiesoftheSoftwaremadebyLicenseeaspermittedinthisAgreement.(4)“ComputerSystem”shallmeanthesystemortheconfigurationofthe
6、systems,includingaprocessingunitandassociatedperipheraldeviceswhichhavethecapacitytostoreorretrievethesoftwareassetforthinScheduleA.(5)“ObjectCode”meansthemachine-readablecomputerprograminstructionsinbinaryformatexecutablebyacomputer.(6)“SourceCode”meansthehuman-readableandmachine-readableco
7、mputerprogrammersinahighlevellanguagetheassociatedcommentsandinternaldocumentationwhichaccompanyit,allofwhicharetradesecretsofLicensor.(7)“RuntimeSystem”isthatportionofthesoftwareprogramwhichinterpretsrulesandallowsfortheexecutionoftheUserProgram.(
