3、行日期:2014年10月27日2014年沈阳前言根据辽宁省住房和城乡建设厅《关于印发<2013年度辽宁省工程建设地方标准编制/修订计划>的通知》(辽住建发[2013]7号)的要求,为了保证建筑保温工程质量,规范膨胀玻化微珠保温砂浆墙体保温工程的技术要求,由辽宁省建筑材料工业协会组织有关专家,通过深入调查研究,认真总结实践经验,依据现行国家相关标准,紧密结合我省实际,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,编制本规程。本规程主要内容包括:总则、术语、基本规定、材料、设计、施工、质量验收,共七章。本规程由辽宁省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理,辽宁省建筑材料工业协会负责解释。在本规程实施过程中,仍需
