3、ressdeliveryindustryinChinahasgonethroughthreephases.(1)TheinitialstageAtthattime,accordingtothereformandopeningupandstrengthencontactwithexternal,July15,1980,theformerMinistryofPostsandTelecommunicationsstartedtheinternationalEMSbusinesstoarriveinSingapore,HongKonga
4、ndothercountriesandregionsinBeijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Guangzhou,Fuzhou,Shenzhenandothercities.AndthentheyopenedthedomesticEMSbusiness.Intheearly80's,theChinaPost'sexpressdeliverysharedalmost100%intheexpressdeliverymarket,until1987itremainedshared95%until1987.Thereisno
5、denyingthatthebirthofEMShasproducedtheriseoftheexpressdeliveryindustryinChina.(2)ThedevelopmentstageInthe1990s,withthedevelopmentofforeigninvestmentandforeigntrade,theeconomicofChinariserapidly.Particularly,stimulatingbydomesticdemand,itpromotedthedomesticexpressindu
6、strytoflourish,combinedwithalowthresholdofthedomesticexpressindustry,theresultsfast,high-profit,domesticexpressdeliverycompanieshavedevelopedrapidlyjustlikemushroome.TheChina'sexpressdeliverybusinesshasenteredaperiodofrapidexpansion.Duringthisperiod,wecannotignoredth
