1、我国版权贸易现状、存在问题及对策分析摘要：在国际交往日益频繁的今天，包括知识产权在内的服务贸易越来越受到各国的重视。版权贸易作为服务贸易的一种，涉及一个国家的政治、经济、文化、科技等各个层面，对国家的经济建设和文化建设影响很大，已经成为各国不可或缺的贸易内容。自1992年我国正式加入《世界版权公约》和《伯尔尼公约》以来，我国的版权贸易取得了长足的进步，版权贸易体制不断完善发展，版权贸易的数量和质量显著提升，极大地丰富了我国出版物市场。但由于我国的图书版权贸易起步较晚，发展还很不成熟，存在着图书版权进出口持续失衡、逆差现象严重、国内地区对外贸易发展不平衡、
2、图书盗版猖撅等问题，影响着我国版权贸易的健康发展。研究我国版权贸易的现状和存在的问题以及对此提出相关的对策，对促进我国版权贸易的发展有很大的积极意义。本文主要介绍了版权贸易的概念、特性，将版权贸易在我国和欧美发达国家的发展现状作比较，把我国存在的问题和不足摆出来，并提出了一些建议和对策。关键词：版权贸易，发展状况，发展对策Abstract：Servicetradeincludingintellectualpropertyisbeinggivenincreasingattentionintheeraofincreasedinternationalconne

5、country.However,thereexistsomeproblemswhichaffectthehealthydevelopmentofcopyrighttradeinourcountrysuchascontinuedunbalanceofforeigntrade,adversetremendoustradedeficit,unbalanceddevelopmentofexternaltradeofdomesticregion,andseriouspiratephenomenonsincethe“latestart”andtheimmaturit
6、yoftcopyrighttradeofourcountry.Toresearchthecurrentsituationandexistingproblemsofthecopyrighttradeofourcountryandputsforwardsomecountermeasuresaccordinglymakestremendouspositivemeaningforthedevelopmentofthecopyrighttradeofourcountry.Thispapermainlyintroducestheconcept,characteris
