2、3摘要中国证券市场已经经过快二十多年的发展，己具备一定发展规模，且发展迅速，为国民经济的建设做出了重要贡献。但目前任然只有做多机制，也就是只能做单边市，没有做空机制。木次研究课题主要分析了做空机制对股票价值冋归、疏通资金渠道、规避系统风险方面的积极影响，分为了中国股市的发展历程，中国股市的运行机制，中国股市的法律制度建设等儿个不同方面来进行了研究，从而得出中国股票市场建立做空机制是具有可行性的，股票市场目前存在的问题决定了应积极创造建立做空机制的条件与环境，而不能盲目照搬。应该I■専彩众家之长，借鉴中国大陆周边地区的市场运行机制，从而研究制定出符合中国资本市
