1、THERMALANALYSISOFMINIATURECIRCUITBREAKERABSTRACTWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofindustryandimprovementofpowertransmissionanddistributionsystemcapacity,therequestfortheswitchofthelowvoltageapparatusismorestrictly.Inordertoimprovethespaceefficiencyoftheswitchingdevice,a
2、notherrequestfortheswitchstructurecomesoutthatistherequirementofminiaturizationdcsign.Switchingapparatusminiaturizationdesignmakesproductscoolingareareduced,andthecomponentsoftheheatingmaketheunitvolumeheatquantityincrease,ithasbadinfluenceonthesafetyandreliabilityo
3、fswitchequipment.Sohowtomaketheelectricalproductsmeetthethermalrequirementsinminiaturizedcondition,atthesametime,improvetheworkperformanceisthekeyproblemtobesolvedurgently.New-styleminiaturecircuitbreakerastheimportantcomponentofadvancedpowerdistributionsystemhasawi
4、derangeofapplication,withsmallvolumeandcompactstructurecharacteristics,itsworkingtemperaturedistributiondirectlyinfluencestheaerospaceequipmentdistributionsystemreliability.Therefore,theimportanceofitsworkingtemperaturedistributionisself-evident.Inthispaper,itillust
5、ratesthe3Dtemperaturesimulatingandthermalanalysisonanew-styleminiaturecircuitbreakerastheresearchobjectbyusingtheanalysissoftwareANSYSbasedonthefiniteelementmethod,andgetsthecomponentstemperaturedistribution.Anotherresultisthatitobtainsthedeformationofthebimetallics
6、tripaccordingtothetemperaturesimulationresult.Finally,thecalculationresultsarccomparedwiththeexperimentalresults.Basedonthetemperatureandthedeformationresultofthesimulation,wecanputforwardtheimprovementdesign,toachievethesatisfactoiyresultoftemperaturedistribution,t
