2、际资本运作，突出“五大链条”和“八大模式”应对国际金融危机。并通过对金融危机下宁波民营企业海外投资的现状的问卷调查，分析了宁波民营企业海外投资的风险因子，构建了海外投资风险因子模型、风险因子动力系统模型和产业链延伸模型。并以雅戈尔、宁波中策、杉杉集团等典型企业为例，提出了宁波民营企业“抱团”投资避风险、注重企业自主品牌的创造、引进合作伙伴、积极打造完整垂直链等策略，以增强宁波民营企业自身实力，扩大企业的投资空间，赢得更大的国际市场份额。关键词：金融危机；宁波市；民营企业；海外投资AbstractIV金融危机下宁波民营企业海外投资的现状与对策N
