1、袋成型热封包装机是实现薄膜材料包裹各种流体、固体产品的包装设备,广泛应用于食品、化工、口用品、医药等领域。随着人们对包装的需求化,袋成型包装机的应用也愈加普遍。对包装机的要求,尤其是在精度、效率等方面的要求越来越高。而这些要求是基于包装机的内部核心结构,即凸轮机构。据此,木文根据现有的一套热封包装机为原型,采用Pro/Engineer设计了三套凸轮机构。本文通过学习机械凸轮设计,在分析包装机包装工艺和使用要求的基础上,通过分析热封包装机热封条件,并测量实验室热封包装机凸轮机构,口己设定了三套凸轮方案,并月.通过Pro/Engineer软件画出了凸轮机
2、构。木文基T*Pro/Engineer中机构分析的强人功能,模拟了凸轮机构的运动,同时运行机构分析,分别对三套方案进行了滚子、凸轮和热封板的位置、速度和加速度进行了仿真分析,并得出了各项的分析图,使结果明朗化,简单化。最后,对结果进行了分析,并展望了热封凸轮的未来发展。关键词包装机;热封;Pro/Engineer;凸轮;仿真分析AbstractHeatsealingpackingbagmoldingmachineistorealizefilmmaterialsallkindsofliquidandsolidproductpackageofpackag
