1、内容摘要目前，诸多因素制约着创业型企业的发展，英屮融资困难是一个突出问题。由于我国创业型企业以内源融资为主，民间借贷融资活跃，很难从银行获得贷款,也难以从股票市场和债券市场获得融资，国家政策对支持创业型企业融资的力度也不足，创业型企业融资难长期以来一直是制约创业型企业发展的瓶颈。所以，创业型企业必须根据自身情况,广辟融资渠道，充分利用内源融资、股权出让融资、银行担保贷款、典当融资、金融租赁、吸引风险投资和民间融资、利用口身商业信用融资等方式来解决资金瓶颈。而商业信用作为一种具有悠久发展历史的融资模式，是创业型企业在众多融资渠道屮取得营

2、运资金的重要条件。本文通过论述商业信用融资的内涵及其本质特征，通过对商业信用融资的优越性、融资风险及其融资方法和条件的分析研究，來提醒广大创业型企业应如何运用商业信用融资，加强对商业信用融资的管理，以尽可能实现融资成本最低、融资额度适合、融资多元化和融资低风险的口标，实现股东价值和企业价值最大化。来帮助我国创业型型企业缓解融资难的困境。关键词：融资困难融资模式小小企业融资Currently,manyfactorsrestrictingthedevelopmentofinnovativeSMEs,includingfinancingdi
