2、pervisingteacherSuihuaUniversity摘要本实验采用荧光法测定不同釆收期柴胡茎中总黄酮的含量，通过实验研究采收期对柴胡茎中总黄酮含量的影响，结果如下：7月2号的柴胡茎中的总黄酮含量为0.672%,7月17号的柴胡茎中的总黄酮含量为0.749%,8月3号的柴胡茎中的总黄酮含量为0.653%,8月15号的柴胡茎中的总黄酮含量为0.705%。结果表明：狭叶柴胡的茎中的总黄酮的含量因采收期的不同而有所差异。随着采收期的延后，柴胡茎屮总黄酮的含量变化趋势是先上升后下降再上升，其中7月17号的含量最高，8

3、月3号的含量最低。分析其原因，7月17号柴胡茎生长比较旺盛，因此含量比较高，8月以后柴胡向生殖方向生长，因此黄酮含量下降。本文通过对不同采收期柴胡茎中的总黄酮含量进行测定和分析，为柴胡得采收期提供理论依据。通过方法学考察表明：用荧光法测定柴胡中总黄酮含量，结果准确,精密度好；且该方法操作简便，样品使用量很少，测定成本低，为测定柴胡茎中总黄酮的理想方法。关键词：柴胡茎；总黄酮；釆收期；荧光法IAbstractThisexperimentUSESfluoresceneedeterminationofcontentoftot
