1、海外公寓管理规定TheRegulationsofOverseasApartment1•持外国护照并在我校注册的來华留学生,经海外教育学院同意，可在海外公寓住宿。住宿人员退宿前，海外公寓物业管理方负责为其开具实际住宿天数证明，以便退猪人员结算费用,假期(包括暑假、寒假)住宿者，费用另计，假期结束同法结算。Theoverseasstudents,whoareholdingforeignpassportsandhaveregisteredinJiangsuUniversity(JU),arearrangedtogetaccommodationinOverseasA
2、partment(OA)byOverseasEducationCollege(OEC).Inordertocleartheaccommodationfees,theOAPropertyManagementisinchargeofconfirmingthedurationofstayonforeignstudents5livinginOAbeforetheirquittingofthedormitories.Thefeesduringthevacations(includingsummerandwintervocation)belongtoanothercal
3、culation.Attheendofthevacation,thefeeswillbeclearedinthesamewayasmentionedbefore.2.遵守学校的作息制度，在学习和休息时间内应保持猪舍安静，不能在楼栋公共区域、寝室开晚会，不能在宿舍楼里大声喧哗、高声播放咅响或饲养家禽家畜及宠物等。StudentsarerequiredtoabidebyworkandrestregimeformulatedbyJU,andtokeepquietinthedormitoryduringstudyandresttime.Donothaveaparty
4、inthepublicplaceordormitory,donotmaketoomuchnoise,playaudioloudlyorraisedomesticanimalssuchaspoultry,pets,etc.inthedormitorybuilding•3.请按时回宿舍就寝，公寓大门关闭时间为：星期日〜星期四：23：00,星期五〜星期六：23：30,如遇特殊情况晚归者需持个人证件及合理证明(返程票等)。TheclosingtimeofOAis23:00foreachSundaytoThursday,and23:30foreachFridayand

6、ectricityandwaterfeesofyourroomwithyourcampuscardinthefirstten-dayperiodofeachmonth(theexactamountandtimetopaywillbeonthemonthlynotice).Theelectricityandwaterwouldbecut,ifone'sfeeswerenotpaidintheprescriptiveperiod.5•请來访者请出示证件并履行登记手续，不得擅H闯入海外公寓，來访时间限定为1小时，如访问者在规定吋间内未离开，海外公寓值班人员有权终止
7、访问者的访问资格，要求其终止访问，离开海外公寓。VisitorscannotvisittheOverseasApartmentwithoutshowingtheircredentialsorregistering.Ifvisitorsexceedthevisitingtimelimit(onehour),theadministratoroftheOverseasApartmenthastherighttostopthevisitandaskthevisitorstoleave.6.任何人不得擅自在海外公寓留猪外来人员，严禁留宿界性。外国來宾如需住猪，需获得国
