2、ly,yetnosystematiccriteriahavebeenestablishedfortheapplicationoftheprinciple.(2)Doestheco-operativeprincipleapplytocourtroomdiscourse,whichisaspecialcaseofinstitutionaldiscoursesgovernedbyspecialrulesandprocedures?(3)Whatimplicationsdoescourtroomdiscoursehaveforstudyofthecooperativeprincipleandco-op
3、erationingeneral?Theauthorarrivesatthefollowingconclusions:(1)Humancommunicativeactsaregoal-directedandwetakethisasaprincipleunderlininghumanbehavior.Studyofco・operationentailsstudyofgoals.(2)Peoplemayenterintoanactivitywithdiversegoalsandtherearedifferentgoalrelationships-Atleastfourrelationshipsin
4、termsofgoalscanbedistinguished:goalsconvergent,goalsconflicting,goalsneutral,andgoalsunknown.(3)Goalanalysisappliesbeforetheco-operativeprinciple.(4)Astherearedifferentgoalrelations,therewillnaturallybeco-operationandnon-co-operationandtherearedegreesofco-operation.(5)Astherearedivergentgoalrelation

7、有的不适用？判断标准是什么？（2）法庭审判话语是一个受特殊程序和规则制约的机构话语，其互动话语是否受一般会话介作原则的支配？（3）法庭问答话语对会话合作的研究冇什么启示？本文结论：（1）人的社会交际行为是冇目的的,是受目的驱使的。我们把人的行为的这种特性概括为“目的原则”。（2）人们参与社会活动的目的是有差界的，即FI的关系是不同的。（3）研究合作问题首先要研究冃的关系。因此''冃的原则”先于“合
