1、噪音的倡议书篇一：抵制噪音倡议书联名抵制噪音倡议书由于较强的噪声对人的生理与心理会产生不良影响。在日常工作和生活环境中，噪声主要造成听力损失，干扰谈话、思考、休息和睡眠。根据国际标准化组织(ISO)的调查,在噪声级85分贝和90分贝的环境中工作30年,耳聋的可能性分别为8%和18%。在噪声级70分贝的环境中，谈话就感到困难。对工厂周围居民的调查结果认为，干扰睡眠、休息的噪声级阈值，白天为50分贝，夜间为45分贝。美国环境保护局（EPA）于1975年提出了保护健康和安宁的噪声标准。近年来，中国也提出了环境
