4、nsmustobtainthepermissionofthecompetentauthoritiesoftheChineseGovernmentinordertoenter,transitorresideinChina.Article3Forentry,exitandtransit,aliensmustpassthroughportsopentoaliensorotherdesignatedportsandmustbesubjecttoinspectionbythefrontierinspectionoffices.Forentry,exita

5、ndtransit,foreign-ownedmeansoftransportmustpassthroughportsopentoaliensorotherdesignatedportsandmustbesubjecttoinspectionandsupervisionbythefrontierinspectionoffices.Article4TheChineseGovernmentshallprotectthelawfulrightsandinterestsofaliensonChineseterritory.Freedomoftheper
