1、混凝土委托加工合同委托方:（以下简称甲方）受委托方：（以下简称乙方）根据《中华人民共和国合同法》、《中华人民共和国建筑法》和混凝土行业相关规定，甲方将“明大王府”项目所需的混凝土委托乙方加工生产。为了明确甲乙双方的责任，双方本着平等互利的原则，经双方协商一致，签订本合同，具体条款如下：一、工程概况：1、预计混凝土总方量约：8000方；2、工程开完工时间：2015年1月1日开始至2012年5月30日结束；3、工程地点：通江县诺江镇“明大王府”项目部；二、委托范围：1、甲方委托乙方加工预拌混凝土，所需砂、石、水泥、粉煤灰等原材料委托乙方购进。乙方负责所代购的材料质
2、量和加工混凝土的质量符合甲方施工要求。2、甲方委托乙方加工混凝土到施工部位包括除水电以外的所有物耗、机具、人力费用。三、混凝土计价、计量、检验、结算及付款办法：1、混凝土委托加工的计价：见《委托加工混凝土合同价款表》2、产品供货价格原则不变，如遇混凝土主要原材料或油料价格变动每方增减5元时，双方另协商相应调价，并以文字确认为依据。3、本合同混凝土计量方法：fertilitybetter.Sitepreparationbeforeplanting,clearingrubble,ifconditionsforsoildisinfectioncanbecarried
