1、高校教师业务管理系统是运用信息技术来提高当前高校人事管理水平的有效途径，可以方便地对教师的业绩进行综合性量化评价。该系统可以对教师各项工作成果的相关数据进行管理，并由相应的部门对其真实性进行确认，与传统的手工统计相比增加准确性、公平性和统计效率，从而使得人事部门在考核教师业绩的过程中达到事半功倍的效果。该系统所体现的公平、公开、科学的量化考核思想，能激发教师更高的工作热情，调动其积极性，充分发挥其在提高教学质量过程中的主导作用，从而提高整个学校的教学质量。该系统采用B/S模式，用ASP.NET实现前台开发，SQLServer20
