1、石油与天然气化工68CHEMICALENGINEERINGOFOIL&GAS2016一种新型低固相油溶性暂堵型修井液的研制121311谢英熊启勇孟祥娟乔欣彭建云周理志1.中国石油塔里木油田油气工程研究院2.中国石油新疆油田油气工程研究院3.西南石油大学材料科学与工程学院摘要针对柯克亚高温高盐凝析气藏储层敏感性强、修井液与储层不配伍导致地层严重伤害以及修井液漏失严重等生产实际问题,制备了一种具有抗温抗盐好、对地层伤害低、暂堵屏蔽能力强和防漏失能力高的低固相油溶性暂堵型修井液。实验对不同单剂进行了优选,并根据优选结果设计出最佳配方:净化地层水+1%(w)XF黏土稳定剂+0.01%(w)TF‐280
2、助排剂+0.7%(w)EDTA二钠铁离子络合剂+1.0%(w)KY‐6S增黏降滤失剂+4%(w)油溶性暂堵剂(C9石油树脂与C5石油树脂质量比为1.5∶1.0)+0.030%(w)AES分散剂。对该修井液体系的表观黏度、静态悬浮时间、高温高压失水量(93℃,3.45MPa)、24h耐温黏度保留率、暂堵率和岩心渗透率损害率进行了评价,各项指标优于SY/T5834-2014枟低固相压井液性能指标及评价方法枠,表明该修井液性能良好,能应用于高温高矿化度油藏修井作业。关键词高温高矿化度低固相油溶性暂堵型修井液暂堵率岩心渗透率损害率中图分类号:TE358文献标志码:ADOI:10.3969/j.issn
