2、理信息系统从问题提出开始，从系统调查规划、系统分析、设计、实施，到系统维护、评价的全过程。现行系统可能是一个手工系统，也可能是以前投入运行的、但是已经无法满足企业运作、管理需要的管理信息系统。§2.1Cognizableprocessofthedevelopment认知过程管理信息系统的开发者面临的最大的问题在于如何准确、完整地获得用户的需求，而大多数系统的开发者不可能是一个业务专家，对相关问题有充分的认识，因此在管理信息系统的开发中有一个认知过程。DevelopmentprocessofMIS就是根据需要解决的问题，建立一个有信息技术支撑、与解决问题相关的、数据处理的、可运行的计算机模型。r
