2、··············94竹纤维染整加工的发展方向····························115参考文献············································13摘要竹纤维是一种新兴的天然、绿色、环保纤维12/12,该纤维白度与普通粘胶纤维接近,强力好,韧性和耐磨性较高,可纺性优良,制成的织物吸湿性和透气性能优良,具有滑爽、丝绒、抗菌防臭等特殊功能。鉴于竹纤维的这些特性,可以开发高附加值的产品。:竹纤维是新型的再生纤维素纤维,具有优良的吸湿、
3、透气和抗菌等性能。根据竹纤维湿强力差,结晶区紧密等特点,在大量的生产试验基础上,确定了竹纤维针织面料的前处理、染色及后整理工艺,以确保其产品保持竹纤维的天然特性,提高产品的档次和附加值。本文主要介绍了竹纤维的分类及性能特点,分析了竹纤维织物的染整加工流程,系统介绍了竹纤维织物的前处理,染色机理及其后整理工艺,并指出了今后竹纤维织物的染整加工的发展方向。关键词:竹纤维,针织物,染整,研究方向,染整工艺DyeingandfinishingofbamboofiberfabricProgressABSTR
