3、sultantsfortheProjectsinXXXX(COUNTRY)forCLIENT,subjecttothetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement.Theconsultantsacceptsuchappointmentandagreetokeep,observeandperformthetermsandconditionsoftheAgreement.1.2PartyBshallnotprovidethirdpartiesofacompetitivenaturethesameserviceasprovidedtoPartyA

4、,forthesameprojectthroughouttheeffectivetermofthisAgreement.1.1TheservicecontemplatedunderthisAgreementshallberestrictedinXXXX(COUNTRY).ARTICLE2–SUBJECTMATTEROFTHEAGREEMENT2.1ThepartiesshallcooperatewitheachotherinaccordancewithobligationsandconditionscontainedhereintheAgreement.ARTI

5、CLE3–OBLIGATIONOFPARTYB3.1PARTYBisobligatedtoshowitscapacitybyprovidingalltheessentialinformation,advice,consultationandotherservicesrequestedbyPARTYA,inviewofobtainingtheprojectcontractssignedbetweenPARTYAandtheCLIENTandsoastosecurethegoodexecutionofthecontractsbycoordinationandsolv

6、ingtheproblemsoccurredbetweenPARTYAandtheCLIENT.PARTYBwillactasaconsultantofPARTYAinXXXX(COUNTRY)topromotePARTYA'sparticipationinthesaidProjectsinXXXX(COUNTRY),alongwithXXXX(COUNTRY)authoritiesandprivateentities.Thatconsultantserviceisnotlimitedinscopebutthepartieswillagreeonalistoft
