1、142临床肺科杂志2017年1月第22卷第1期重症肺炎患儿凝血指标、血小板参数测定的临床意义杜江滨王健蔡泽波罗嘉静【摘要】目的探讨重症肺炎患儿凝血指标、血小板参数测定的意义。方法选择95例重症肺炎患儿(病例组)和40例健康体检儿童(对照组)，将重症肺炎患儿按照血清降钙素原(PCT)的检测结果分为A组(＜2.0ng/mL)和B组(≥2.0ng/mL)，对所有研究对象进行抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)、D-二聚体(D-D)、血小板计数(PLT)和平均血小板体积(MPV)检测，将检测结果进行组间比较，并比较A组和B组弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)发生率。结果病例组AT-Ⅲ活性低于对照

2、组(P＜0.01)，D-D、PLT、MPV水平均高于对照组(P＜0.01);A组AT-Ⅲ活性、PLT、MPV水平高于B组(P＜0.01)，D-D水平低于B组(P＜0.01)，差异均有统计学意义;B组DIC发生率显著高于A组(P＞0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论重症肺炎患儿存在着凝血纤溶功能障碍，进行凝血指标和血小板参数测定可尽早发现凝血功能异常，有助于采取针对性治疗措施，改善预后。【关键词】重症肺炎;凝血指标;血小板参数;凝血功能Clinicalsignificanceofcoagulationindicatorandplateletparametersmeasu
