2、terofEngineeringSpecialtyMechanicalEngineeringCollege/DepartmentCollegeofmechanicalandequipmentengineeringHebeiUniversityofEngineeringDecember,2016摘要摘要随着环境污染问题的不断涌现,汽车作为环境污染的一个重要源头也越来受到大众的瞩目。国家对汽车的要求也日益严格,诸如降低汽车的排放。而作为汽车家族中重要的一员——皮卡,虽然我国市场的占有率不及家用轿车,但是它的排量却在
3、普通家用轿车之上,百公里油耗多在10L以上。据统计,汽车重量每降低100公斤,每百公里可节约0.4~0.6升燃油。若汽车整车重量降低10%,燃油效率可提高6%~8%,二氧化碳排放可减少1公斤。所以说,对皮卡车辆的轻量化也是汽车制造行业需要面临的问题之一。本文通过对国内某品牌皮卡车架进行多个工况下的有限元分析,并且通过多目标优化进行轻量化设计。应用CATIA软件对车架行建立三维实体模型,利用hypermesh软件对三维实体模型进行几何处理,网格划分和建立边界条件的有限元分析前处理。建立多个工况的下的载荷条件,利用
4、optistruct进行强度刚度分析和模态分析。查看车架在多个工况下的受力情况,再通过定义优化变量,约束函数和设计变量,建立基于optistruct的轻量化模型。通过将优化得到的车架设置到碰撞模型中,查看轻量化车架的正面碰撞情况和侧面碰撞是否满足碰撞的安全要求。关键词:皮卡;车架;有限元分析;轻量化;碰撞IAbstractAbstractWithenvironmentalpollutionproblemsconstantlyemerging,asanimportantsourceofenvironmentalp
