3、iginatedthe“CopyExact”requirementconcept.Thatis,nochangesmaybemadeunlessfirstapprovedbyIntel.Sincechangeisinevitable,InteldrivesOEMstomanagethenumber&typeofchangesmadeintheirfactory.Assuch,OEMs(likeAppliedMaterials,Lam,TEL,Novellus,etc.)drivethe“CopyExact”mandatetothe
4、irsuppliers-thatmeansCompanyABC.WorkingDefinitionofCopyExact“CopyExact”isaformalprocessforallCompanyABCbusinessunitsandtheirsuppliers.CompliancewiththeCopyExactprocessincontrollingchangesiscriticaltopreventingfieldfailuresandensuringcustomersatisfaction.PurposeofCopyE
