3、dabroad,combiningthemethodofempiricalresearchandthetheoreticalanalysis,thisarticledeepresearchedtheinfluenceoftheintellectualcapitalanditsconstituentelementsonenterpriseperformance,soastolookforwardtotheresultsofcorrelationanalysisofenterprisescanprovidebett

5、thod(VAIC)tomeasuretheintellectualcapital,selecting16financialindicatorswhichindicatethecompany'soperatingability,debtpayingability,developmentandabilityprofitability,andusingthemethodoffactoranalysistoclassifytheseintosixprincipalcomponentfactors,throughthe
6、weightedaveragemethod,finallyitisconcludedthatthecomprehensivevalueofenterpriseperformanceasasubstitutionvariableofenterpriseperformance.Thenwiththedescriptivestatisticalanalysis,simplecorrelationanalysis,partialcorrelationanalysis,regressionanalysisandstabi
7、litytestonthedatabytheSPSS17.0statisticalsoftware.Finallydrawsthefollowingconclusion:Theinfluenceofintellectualcapitalanditscompositionessentialfactorisdifferentondifferentindustries.Amongthem,theintellectualcapital,humancapitalandstructurecapitalhaveasignif
