2、companypersonnelpoliciesandprocedures.OvertheyearsPIChaspublishedsampleemployeehandbooklanguagecoveringbasicemploymentpolicies.Membershaveusedthislanguageasaguideincreatingwrittenpoliciesandprocedurescoveringthecompany’semploymentpracticesandphilosophies.Thispublication,likeothersbe
3、foreit,doesnotclaimtobeall-inclusiveorafinalproduct.NewStateandFederallawsandlegaldecisionswillrequirethissampletobeupdated,alongwiththecompany'semployeehandbook,toreflectthesechanges.Further,eachcompanymustdevelopanemployeehandbook,whichreflectstheemploymentpracticesuniquetothecomp
