1、临床医学论文•金龙胶囊对行肝动脉栓塞化疗的肝癌患者血清白细胞介素2和可溶性白细胞介素2受体水平的影响【摘要】观察并探讨金龙胶囊对行肝动脉栓塞化疗（transarterialchemoembolization,TACE）的肝癌崽、者血清细胞因子白细胞介素2（interleukin2,IL2）及可溶性白细胞介素2受^（solubleinterleukin2receptor,sIL2R）表达的影响。方法：48例肝癌患者随机分为两组：金龙胶囊联合TACE组（金龙胶囊组）和单纯TACE组（对照组），每组24人。金龙胶囊组患者在第1次行TACE后口服金龙胶囊2个月（4粒/次，3

2、次/d），对照组患者单纯行TACE治疗，两组患者在间隔55〜60d后行第2次TACE。第1次TACE治疗前和第2次TACE治疗的第1、7、15天分别检测血清细胞因子IL2及sIL2R表达水平。结果：两组患者IL2及sIL2R在第1次TACE治疗前表达水平相当（P>0.05）HL2水平低于正常成人，sIL2R水平则高于正常成人。第2次TACE治疗的第1、7、15天，金龙胶囊组IL2表达水平较同期对照组明显升高（P<0.05），sIL2R表达水平则较对照组明显降低（P<0.05）。结论：TACE辅助金龙胶囊口服可以改善肝癌患者血清IL2及sIL2R的表达异常，捉高患者机
