5、risticsofcommonweal,dynamic,incertitude,andlonglife-cycleofconstruetionandoperation,theyalsohaveextensiveinfectiontothecountryeconomy,societyandenvironment.AnymistakemadeintheseprojectswillcauseseriousaftereffectsIthadtaughtussomdnylessons.Inanotherhand,thesuperlarge-scaleprojectshavehighc
6、ontentofscienceandtechnology;theyaretheintegrationofresearch,exploiter,construetionandoperation.Thedifficultiesofconstructionarelower,butthehardnessoffinancingandmarketriskarehigherthanthosegeneralprojects.Soitishardtomakedecisionininvestment,prosecutionandendowmentnuinagement.Thesocietyan
