1、第44卷第9期塑料工业CHINAPLASTICSINDUSTRY·133·2016年9月绿色环保非镉量子点荧光膜的制备尤庆亮,刘翠,李云川,曹元成”,刘继延(江汉大学,光电化学材料与器件教育部重点实验室,化学与环境工程学院,柔性显示材料与技术湖北省协同创新中心,湖北武汉430056)摘要:采用水热法,以硝酸铋、油胺、硫粉为原料制备Bis,量子点溶液,并用1,8-辛二胺与环氧树脂(聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚)制备的基于Bi:s,量子点的发光薄膜。合成的Bi:S,量子点的初始发射波长为703nm,产率为16.9%;通
2、过荧光寿命的测试表明合成的Bis3量子点寿命为t:=10.57ns。FIIR测试结果表明,环氧树脂膜前聚体910cnl在固化后消失,由此表明,量子点添加环氧树脂后对聚合不产生影响。10o/~的量子点添加量时,其伸长率为12.7%,拉伸应力接近7.5MPa。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所制备的样品的形貌进行分析,表明量子点薄膜内部无结构缺陷,说明量子点与环氧树脂融合较好;二胺的添加量对产物的机械性能具有明显的影响,当二胺与环氧树脂的物质的量比为1:1时,其伸长率为29.1%,拉伸应力为8.2MPa。关键词:量子
