3、Sendai.Thisisthefirstreportdemonstratogicalagentsofupperrespiratoryillnessingthepresenceofcoronavirusinfectionin[3,5,10].TheseagentswereallshowntoJapan.possessasimilarmorphology[1,6]whichThe229EstrainwassuppliedfromDr.resembledthatofavianinfectiousbron-Kapikian,NIH,Bethesda,aslyophil
4、izedchitisvirus(IBV)[2]andmousehepatitisWI-38cellculturefluid.Itwaspassedsevvirus(MHV)[9].ThevirusparticleswereeraltimesinWI-38andhumanembryonicsphericaloroblong,measured100to160kidney(HEK)cellsinourlaboratory.Seram,u,indiameter,andsurroundedbyafringewerecollectedoveraperiodfromJanua
